STL Miniatures: Orc Camp

This is the Orc Camp prop sheet that I designed for STL Miniatures sometime last year, alongside prop sheets for a Dwarven Camp and Elven Camp. Thank you to Rafa and Tono and the talented modellers at STL Miniatures-- I had a lot of fun working on this set and other sheets for them.

It was fun to think about the camps of three opposing factions-- In the case of the orcs, my main concept was that they were nomadic, millitaristic raiders, so I used references of Roman camps, Mongol yurts, and barricades to strengthen that impression.

I liked some of my STL Miniatures designs so much that I painted watercolor versions of them. You can see that I used it as the thumbnail.
